The work most jewelers hand off, we do ourselves
Ring sizing and stone setting happen right here, at the bench, by our own master craftsman. One customer came in for an estimate on a ring that had gone out of shape, and it came back repaired and cleaned before they left the store. Other jewelers had quoted two to three weeks for the same job. We also refinish silver: broken serving pieces in sterling or silverplate get fixed, and antiques get resilvered rather than replaced.
Pearls, beads and a private mark
Pearls should be restrung every few years, and we handle graduated and multi-strand necklaces without trouble. For a diamond or most gemstones, even a pearl, we can also laser inscribe a name or an ID mark that is visible only under magnification, a quiet way to make a piece provably yours.
